Welcome to
Timber Ridge!
We are located about three miles from the center of Prescott, Arizona,
and in the midst of a beautiful Ponderosa forest. Our altitude is about
5600 feet above sea level, and our climate is high Arizona desert -
which means about 300 days of sunshine and blue skies every year!Our
community, started in the early 1980s, consists of patio homes, town
houses, and single-family homes totaling about 420 units. The amenities
include an indoor pool, an outdoor pool, two tennis courts, a children's
playground, a picnic area, a small clubhouse, and acres of tree-covered
commons.
Being part of Prescott, "Every One's Home Town," makes Timber Ridge an
ideal place. Come to Prescott, enjoy the town square and our fine
restaurants, and by all means - take the drive out to Timber Ridge!
